As for the height of the shelves, they must not exceed 2m20. Circulation spaces in the kitchen are also to be taken into account. Allow 70 cm in front of the worktop or sink, 90 cm in front of large equipment with doors such as the dishwasher and the refrigerator, 120 cm in places where we meet.
